Summary:

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the international TOMIA leadership team by providing financial insight to assist in business decisions. This individual will participate in the analysis of financial results, as well as forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and other critical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of models, forecasts, and key business metrics
  • Identify and understand the impact of variances to the annual plan and forecasts
  • Work directly with cross-functional business leaders to consolidate datasets, communicate financial results, and understand financial performance
  • Assist in quarterly Board of Director reporting and presentations
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting and analysis

 

Qualifications (required):

  • 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Exceedingly high standards of accuracy, precision and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a deadline-driven and rapidly evolving environment

 

Qualifications (preferred):

  • MBA, CFA or CPA designation
  • NetSuite
  • OpenAir
  • Salesforce.com
  • SaaS environment
  • Prior M&A experience
