Business Operations Associate

PowerSchool has an opportunity for an experienced or entry-level operations analyst to join our growing business development group. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for building and managing the tools, processes, and data that enable our Business Development team to efficiently manage their pipelines, manage their partner portfolios, make data-driven decisions, and help the team more efficient, generally.

This position is ideal for a data-driven, process-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, a systems mindset, and excellent quantitative skills.

· Own and manage the lead-to-order lifecycle of all revenue-generating Business Development (partnership) activities within PowerSchool

· Own and manage the Business Development team’s Salesforce.com records (and design of said records) and internal file sharing and collaboration site

· Own and manage the Business Development team’s revenue and bookings forecasts

· Assist in maintaining accuracy of all partner data, including but not limited to partner status, pipeline opportunities, royalty billings, and contracts

· Assist in management of partner renewal billings

· Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and Finance

· Provide direct user support to our CRM (Salesforce.com) to our Business Development team

· Track and validate partner royalty reporting, including collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate billing of royalties

· Ad-hoc analyses to assist in Business Development opportunities

· Other duties as assigned 



Skills & Requirements

Qualifications include:


· Bachelor’s Degree

· 1+ year of experience in Sales Operations, Services Operations, or Finance

· Strong analytic and quantitative skills

· Great communication skills with the ability to interface directly with all areas of the organization

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Salesforce.com experience a plus, but not necessary
