Renewal Sales Development Representative | Japan

The Renewals Sales Development Representative is a key member of the sales team working with the Sales Territories and Account Specialists to identify growth business from existing customers within a defined list of accounts and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities: 

  •  Help existing customers realize the full potential of their apple devices by working with customers to identifying additional Jamf solutions that fit their needs
  • Responsible for securing and closing renewals and communicating our renewal process to our existing customers
  • Interacting and communicating regularly with resellers in order to ensure timely renewals
  • Work with customers via phone and email to understand critical goals, challenges and key performance indicators
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross departmentally
  • Update opportunities and related information into Salesforce to document and manage sales activities
  • Accurately manage customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders
  • Maintain and increase understanding of and ability to explain business value of Jamf solutions to existing customers
  • Understand the career paths at Jamf and continue to grow into additional responsibilities to leverage growth opportunities
  • A team-player and self-starter
Skills & Requirements

    • 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
    • Native level of Japanese and professional working proficiency in English are required
    • 1-2 years experience in a sales, business or entrepreneurial role is a plus
    • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
