What you’ll do at Jamf:

The Sales Development Manager leads the Sales Development (SDR) team to go over and above their targets. He/ she is continuously engaged in hiring new people in order to sustain our fast paced growth, and works on getting his/ her direct reports promoted into other roles within Jamf. The SDR team finds a very large portion of the pipeline at JAMF EMEIA for Inside Sales as well as Field Sales. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to a growing team of Sales Development Representatives
  •  Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within a rapidly evolving environment
  •  Work closely with the Senior Inside Sales Manager to determine direction, improve processes and maximise the efficiency of the SDR team
  •  Work closely with the extended Sales team and support them in an effective manner
  •  Work closely with the Marketing team in order to increase the number of leads flowing into the SDR team
  •  Develop an excellent understanding of Jamf sales philosophy, market and customers
  •  Coach the SDR’s to use Salesforce in order to accurately manage and note calls, leads and opportunities
  •  Hold weekly meeting/ training sessions for the SDR team
  •  Hold weekly 1:1’s with all SDR’s in order to support them in their roles
  •  Maintain the SDR Dashboard and provide reports on attainment, results of campaigns and other activities effectively

Skills & Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in English (Required), any other languages are a plus
  • Experience in leading a team (Required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong leadership experience
