What you’ll do at Jamf:

  

The Inside Account Executive is a key member of the Inside Growth Accounts (IGA) team and works with Systems Engineer (SE), Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager of the respective region to meet sales goals. 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with a defined list of existing customers throughout the year to identity areas of need for business growth and new solutions
  • Ensure customers are renewing on-time and meet targets regarding our customer retention rate
  • Find up-sell as well as cross-sell opportunities within your existing customer base
  • Understand customer business needs and schedule technical demonstrations or face to face meetings with SE as required, or partner the prospect with relevant channel partner
  • Support efforts of the Regional Sales Manager in the field to sell the Whole Product Experience and procure purchase orders from existing customers
  • Enter new Opportunities and related information into SalesForce.com to document and manage sales activities
  • Develop well rounded understanding of Jamf sales philosophy, market and customers
  • Know how to position Jamf solutions against competitor offerings
  • Ability to identity and qualify opportunities by aligning to VVSS marketable insights that leads to close/won opportunities
  • Accurate process customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders
  • Grow understanding of and ability to explain business value of Jamf solutions to customers
  • Responsible for learning and closing sales opportunities for sales team

Skills & Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in English required, Nordics language, German or any other language would be preferred
  • 2-4  years’ experience in a sales, business or entrepreneurial role is required
  • General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models (preferred)
  • General experience navigating and negotiating legal agreements (preferred)
  • General experience in software sales within high-growth technology companies (preferred)
