Customer Success Support Representative

Entry Level

EagleView | Sales

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to client issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and clients
  • Support smaller accounts in tandem with account managers
  • Liaison between clients and account reps by keeping in contact with up to date information
  • Oversees monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales, Customer Success Managers, clients, and Marketing
  • Supports Sales in customer retention, satisfaction, increased revenue, and average order size
  • Provide other departments and vendors with assistance
  • Demonstrate knowledge and provide troubleshooting to clients for internal and third-party applications
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in an open team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • One weekend day required
