Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Tools & Analytics, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and integrated business applications. This person must have a strong analytical disposition and data-centric focus.

Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities listed below. The duties and responsibilities include the following, though other duties may be assigned:

• Build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders and partners by displaying industry knowledge and expertise in the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform
• Handle various SFDC administration functions, including but not limited to:
o Regular usage of admin tools to ensure consistent data quality management
o Bulk data imports, data validation, normalization, and data cleanup
o Lead / Account assignment rules and reassignments
o Support integration and administrating SFDC and 3rd party business applications
o Participate in UAT testing
o Assist with internal user SFDC ticket backlog / time to resolution
o Technical & Process Documentation
• Manage the technical support, maintenance, and development activities for sales team business applications including SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, etc.
• Participate in business requirements and technical requirements meetings
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of data and information resources
• Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality using this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements, and update end users
• Assess training needs, create and maintain training materials and user documentation as well as provide user training

Experience / Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of progressive experience working in the SFDC CRM platform is ideal, with hands on creation experience with objects, fields, workflow rules, process builder, etc.
• Experience administrating SalesLoft, Outreach, or other similar prospecting tools (automation rules, field configuration, user permissions, etc.) is a plus
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, acquired or in process of completing, preferred
• Experience in user interface configuration, data transfer and cleansing via Data Loader and/or SFDC Import Wizard
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management skills
• Excellent data and project management skills
• Detail oriented with a keen focus on data accuracy and effective reporting
• Customer service orientation with true passion for collaboration and problem solving; and
