We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our growing team within the Professional Services function for Health and Care. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous project coordinator experience to join the Docman team delivering Software as a Service to Primary, Secondary Care and Private Provider customers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, at pace, and be able to prioritise multiple objectives. It is also important to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, good time management, the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and be reliable. It is essential to possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide Product information and deliver demonstrations to customers from technical and non-technical backgrounds. There may be the requirement to attend on site meetings with customer therefore, the candidate must have the ability to demonstrate good customer facing and presentation skills.

The Entry Level Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing SaaS Projects from Initiation to Project Close, being the main point of contact for customers
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation for all projects
  • Regularly update internal systems with project updates
  • Engage regularly with customer Project Managers to ensure projects are on track and do not fall out of scope
  • Coordinating delivery dates of project activities
  • Engaging with customers to arrange planned work for the Training and Engineering Team
  • Produce regular statics including additional ad-hoc reports
  • Supporting project management with admin tasks
  • Forecast project revenue and completion dates

Essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent written/oral skills, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Gravitas within and outside of your immediate team with stakeholders and customers
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service/customer facing role
  • An appetite to embrace change, operating within a fast paced IT solution delivery environment
