We are currently seeking an Associate Professional Services Engineer to join our team of developers who collaborate with our customers to build solutions that integrate and extend our portfolio of identity and access management (IAM) products. The work is diverse, challenging, and significant. In addition to coding solutions that make a difference in many companies’ network security, you will be interacting with customers directly.

Comfortable working in MacOS, Linux, and Windows
Experience with the following is also preferred:
IAM-related standards: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, x509 certificates, LDAP, Kerberos, RADIUS, WS-Fed, WS-Trust, XACML
SQL and relational databases
Web APIs: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
This position is on the Professional Services team, which is part of Ping Identity’s Global Customer Success organization. The position reports to a Senior Manager, Professional Services and is supported by PS Engineering Team Lead.
Very limited travel (less than 15%) is expected in this role
