What You Will Do:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for researching MBuy prospects in the multiple regions. You will join a fast growing team based in Chicago and will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team in their pipeline building efforts. You must be a highly motivated individual capable of working within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Additionally you must have excellent communication skills and a proactive nature to help the team in building their prospect pools and working to gather statistical data relating to each account.  This is a paid position that provides in-depth training and unique insights into the advertising industry.

Responsibilities include:

·       Analyze existing customer and prospect data and gaps, and effectively communicate problems and solutions to team lead

·       Drive accountability through reporting, analytics and data management

·       Work witin MBuy’s lead generation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms to assist marketing in identifying and streamlining qualified leads

·       Perform daily data entry and tracking of goals and achievements

·       Create and update Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards

·       Coordinate with Business Operations, Finance & Client Services to improve sales end-to-end workflow

·       Engage in continuous education about the advertising industry

Skills & Requirements

Who You Are:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment

·       Strong interest in sales, sales operations and/or business operations

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that allow for successfully advocating for the sales team to the rest of the organization

·       Ability to work with and manage tight deadlines

·       Organized and pays attention to detail

·       Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

·       Flexibility to work independently and within a team environment
