Granicus: Enabling Rapid Government Communications
New information surrounding COVID-19 is coming out on an hourly basis, making it difficult to separate fact from fiction. Granicus is making it quicker and easier for government health agencies to share vital information by giving government communicators access to the Company’s database of over 200 million opted-in U.S. citizens.
Granicus’ govDelivery platform has already delivered over 800 million email, video and SMS messages containing COVID-19-related information from federal, state and local governments. Using machine learning, Granicus is helping health agencies prioritize and rank COVID-19 content for citizens so they can find the content most relevant to them personally. The Company is also offering agencies a series of free resources, including its virtual meeting solutions to ensure democracy continues to function, but at a distance.
