Wrike: Powering Remote Productivity
Transitioning from the office to remote work requires significant planning and preparation – few businesses had the opportunity to prepare for ongoing work-from-home mandates enforced as a result of COVID-19. Even companies with experience working across virtual teams face new challenges as employees share their workspaces with spouses or children home from school.
In response to the en masse shift to working from home, Wrike is offering its Professional Edition software to new customers for free for six months to help companies maintain productivity and effective collaboration. Wrike is also allowing its 19,000 existing users to add an unlimited number of team member collaborators to their virtual workspaces until their contract renewal at no additional cost.
In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company also launched Wrike Relief. This new program offers Wrike’s work management software at no cost to non-governmental organizations and relief organizations in the aftermath of regional or global disasters. Through this program, the Company hopes it can help these organizations accelerate their efforts in disaster response.
Wrike is also offering a free comprehensive business continuity template to help executives manage through the evolving business continuity landscape and potential employee health challenges of the pandemic. It introduced Coffee with Wrike, a weekly webinar series in which the Company’s experts discuss actionable best practices to help teams embrace and overcome the challenges of remote work.
