Ryan Kubacki joined Vista Consulting Group in 2016. Mr. Kubacki is responsible for leading the Go-to-Market Practice, which is comprised of Growth Strategy, Marketing Engagement, Sales Execution, and Customer Success across Vista’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Kubacki served as Chief Executive Officer of Holden International, a global leader in sales performance consulting, training, and software that has worked with over one million sellers in 65 countries since its founding in 1979. While at Holden, Mr. Kubacki co-authored (with Jim Holden) The New Power Base Selling: Lessons from 28,000 Sellers & 50,000 Deals, published by John Wiley & Sons with Foreword by Bill McDermott, CEO, SAP. Before his time with Holden, Mr. Kubacki worked at Microsoft, where he held sales and marketing leadership roles, including directing sales operations and field marketing for an 18-state region with a multibillion dollar quota, which ranked #1 in quota attainment, partner and customer satisfaction, and services revenue and growth. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Kubacki worked at A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting company.
