Job Summary
Vista Equity Partners is seeking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support the team with a variety of talent acquisition functions including scheduling and managing the interview process, tracking candidate information, ensuring a positive candidate experience, onboarding new hires, and facilitating a smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role is based in Austin, TX and is for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting logistics for experienced hires across the firm
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate travel, recruiting expense reimbursement, offer letter creation, and assist with onboarding
- Work in Applicant Tracking System to track and manage candidate flow
- Work with business units across the firm to communicate new hire information
- Act as a point of contact for all candidates for logistics as they move through recruiting process
- Plan and participate in recruiting events, virtual and in person, and help deliver the Vista value proposition to candidates of levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1+ years’ proven professional experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources
- Ability to show discretion and poise in all situations
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information appropriately
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Must possess personal tact, discretion and good judgment. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Occasional afterhours work and some travel are necessary
