Rachel Arnold has over two decades of experience investing in and scaling growth at market-leading software companies. Ms. Arnold is Co-Head of the Vista Endeavor Funds and serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform. Ms. Arnold also serves on the Investment Committee and Board of Directors of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle.

Ms. Arnold currently sits on the boards of BigTime, BlueConic, Gnosis Freight, RadarFirst, Resilinc and Tripleseat, and is involved with the firm’s investments in Benchmark, COMPLY, Innovapptive, mabl and Portside. She was actively involved with the firm’s investments in AGDATA, Autotask, BigMachines, Bonterra, Bullhorn, Dispatch, Kibo, Lanyon, Lone Wolf, Naviga, PeopleAdmin, Relias Learning, SecureLink, WorkTango and Zapproved. Ms. Arnold was named one of GrowthCap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing in 2022 and 2023 and to Buyouts’ Women in Private Equity Class of 2022.

Prior to joining Vista Equity Partners in 2012, Ms. Arnold held executive positions at four Vista companies. Her roles have included interim CEO at Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions), Senior Vice President of Engineering, Product Management and Marketing at Mitratech, Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at MicroEdge, and running Business Development and Channel Programs at SRC Software. Outside of her Vista tenure, Ms. Arnold served as Strategy Director at Interbrand and as an Equity Research Associate covering enterprise software at Pacific Crest.

Ms. Arnold is passionate about giving back to her community. In 2017, she co-founded the Austin chapter of Friends of the Children, a nonprofit organization focused on breaking the cycle of generational poverty through transformative work with high-risk youth. Ms. Arnold is the Past Chair and current board member for the Friends of the Children Austin chapter and serves as Treasurer and Trustee for The Contemporary Austin. She previously served on the National Board for Friends of the Children.

Michael Fosnaugh joined Vista Equity Partners in 2005. Mr. Fosnaugh is Co-Head of the Flagship Fund and sits on its Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Fosnaugh worked in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at SG Cowen & Co., where he focused on the software, services and financial technology sectors. While at SG Cowen, he advised clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, public and private equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.

Cheryl Leahy joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019 and is the Global Co-Head of the Capital & Partner Solutions team, which leads the firm’s focus on investor partnership and capital formation activities. Before being named Co-Head in 2024, Ms. Leahy was responsible for client engagement and development efforts within the United States, partnering closely with many of the largest institutional investors and consultants.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Leahy served as Principal of Business Development and Strategy at TPG Sixth Street Partners, where she was responsible for capital raising, investor relations and strategy. Before TPG Sixth Street Partners, Ms. Leahy was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she was a trader on the leveraged loan desk and a member of the external manager investment team. Ms. Leahy started her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.

Lauren Dillard joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Dillard serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Dillard spent over two decades working across the financial services and technology sectors. She most recently served on the Executive Leadership Team at Nasdaq as Executive Vice President of Investment Intelligence, where she was responsible for leading the strategic direction and driving expansion across Nasdaq’s data, index and analytics division. Before her tenure at Nasdaq, Ms. Dillard spent 17 years at The Carlyle Group, serving most recently as Partner and Head of the Investment Solutions unit, overseeing more than $40 billion in assets and 200 professionals across offices in six countries. She also served as a member of Carlyle’s Management Committee and played significant roles on other leadership committees during her tenure at the firm. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Dillard worked in the tax practice at Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Dillard serves as an Independent Director of SL Green Realty, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. She is also a Lincoln Center Leadership Fellow.

Ms. Dillard is passionate about inclusive capital and investing in women and minority-led funds and organizations. She is a strong advocate for professional growth and career development for women in the financial and technology sectors.

Monti Saroya joined Vista Equity Partners in 2008. Mr. Saroya is Co-Head of the Vista Flagship Fund and sits on its Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Saroya worked as a senior research analyst for JMP Securities, where he provided research for buy-side clients on public on-demand (SaaS) companies. Mr. Saroya previously worked as an associate for the enterprise software/applications team. Before his time with JMP, Mr. Saroya worked for Siebel Systems in a sales capacity for the CRM On Demand division. Prior to Siebel, Mr. Saroya worked for Cisco Systems in various operations roles.

Justin Hirsch joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is the Head of Strategy at Vista, overseeing the firm’s strategic priorities, balance sheet and principal investments. Mr. Hirsch manages the firm’s capital structure, risk levels and growth initiatives. He is also involved with investment structuring and serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform. Mr. Hirsch is also the Chief Investment Officer of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, and serves on the Investment Committee and Board of Directors.

Prior to Vista, Mr. Hirsch worked at Evercore, where he advised alternative asset managers on minority investments and other strategies to meet growth objectives. He was also a member of the financial sponsors group that focused coverage on technology assets. Mr. Hirsch began his career in the principal transactions group at Macquarie Capital.

Patrick Severson joined Vista Equity Partners in 2013. Mr. Severson is Co-Head of the Vista Foundation Funds and sits on its Investment Committee. Prior to Booz-Allen, Mr. Severson worked at Price Waterhouse, where he focused on media and technology.

Gwen Reinke joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014 and serves as Senior Managing Director, overseeing the firm’s global regulatory and compliance functions and internal legal matters, including fund formation and fundraising. Ms. Reinke is a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Adviser Association in Washington, D.C., and was previously on the board of PowerSchool (formerly NYSE: PWSC).

Prior to Vista, Ms. Reinke served as Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Blum Capital Partners, where she reported to the firm’s Chairman and had broad responsibility for all legal and regulatory matters, including overseeing the legal aspects of the firm’s investment and real estate transactions. Before Blum Capital, Ms. Reinke worked for Senator Dianne Feinstein during her initial U.S. Senate campaign and Senate term, overseeing the campaign’s financial and administration functions. Ms. Reinke has held additional finance positions, including Director of Finance for Blum Capital, Corporate Controller for USL Capital and Manager of Financial Reporting for Charles Schwab Corporation. She started her career in the audit department at Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Reinke is a member of the State Bar of California and is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Alan Schwartz joined Vista Equity Partners in January 2020 and is Chief Legal Officer for Vista Equity Partners.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Schwartz served as Managing Director at First Reserve Corporation, where he served on the Board of Directors, handled complex legal and business issues, and was involved in the deployment of $25 billion of capital. Before his time at First Reserve Corporation, Mr. Schwartz worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a corporate partner focused on private equity.

David Flannery joined Vista Credit Partners (“VCP”) in New York in 2018 as its President and serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction. Mr. Flannery reports to Vista’s Founder, Robert F. Smith, and is responsible for setting strategy for VCP, in addition to overseeing all credit transactions.

Before joining Vista, Mr. Flannery was a partner with Blackstone’s GSO Capital. He was Co-Head and Joint Portfolio Manager of the Capital Solutions Funds and a member of the Distressed Credit Investment Committee. Prior to joining GSO, Mr. Flannery was a Portfolio Manager with Anchorage Capital in New York. He focused on illiquid credit investing and was a member of the CLO Investment Committee and Risk Committee. Prior to Anchorage, Mr. Flannery worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”) where he held several global group head roles, including Chief Risk Officer of Global Banking & Markets and Global Head of Leveraged Finance & Capital Markets. Before joining BAML, Mr. Flannery was the Global Head of Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1992 in the high yield bond department.

Mr. Flannery is a board member of RocketLawyer and a board observer of several portfolio companies of VCP. He is a former board member of Meltwater, a VCP realized investment. Additionally, he serves on the board of Intrensic, a SaaS software company, and on the board of DREAM, a nonprofit serving youths in New York City.

Viet Nguyen joined Vista Equity Partners in 2020. Mr. Nguyen leads Vista’s investor engagement and development efforts in the Middle East and Latin America.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Nguyen served as Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where he focused on capital raising initiatives and led coverage of the firm’s sovereign wealth fund and international investor relationships. Before his time at Riverstone Holdings, Mr. Nguyen worked at Wendel North America, where he was a founding member of the investment team. Prior to Wendel North America, Mr. Nguyen worked at Advent International on the Private Equity Investment team and started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Nguyen serves on the Board of STREETS International, a nonprofit organization founded to provide culinary and hospitality education for disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.

Gregory Galligan joined Vista Credit Partners in 2022. Mr. Galligan heads Vista Credit Partners’ direct lending business and is a member of the VCP Investment Committee. He also serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Vista Credit BDC Management.

Before joining Vista, Mr. Galligan was a Partner at Ares Management for 11 years, where he was responsible for building and leading Ares’ direct lending efforts in the United States. Prior to Ares, Mr. Galligan worked at DLJ Investment Partners, where he focused on origination, structuring and underwriting leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Galligan has also previously held investment positions at Capital Source and Bank of America as part of their respective Leveraged Finance teams.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Lema worked for a number of years at Kirkland & Ellis in its San Francisco office. While at Kirkland, Ms. Lema focused on leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and minority investments. Ms. Lema is a member of the State Bar of California and was recognized on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: United States in 2019.

Before Finastra, Mr. Syed was COO of SumTotal Systems, a former Vista company, where he led the company’s strategic initiatives, overseeing services, support, engineering, product management and cloud operations. Prior to SumTotal Systems, Mr. Syed spent 19 years in multiple senior leadership roles at Oracle.

Julian Bostic joined Vista Equity Partners in 2018 and is Co-Head of investor engagement and business development efforts across North America.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Bostic worked as a Managing Director and Client Advisor in the Institutional Client Group at Neuberger Berman, where he focused on corporations, public funds, endowments and foundations, and family offices in the Midwest and Texas. Before his time with Neuberger Berman, Mr. Bostic spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he served as a Client Advisor in the Institutional Americas Group and as a Portfolio Manager in the Private Equity Group.

Ken Burke joined Vista in 2020 and is the General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Vista Credit Partners. Mr. Burke also serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary for Vista Credit Strategic Lending

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Burke was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG Sixth Street Partners (TSSP) and Chief Compliance Officer for TSSP’s broker-dealer and BDC affiliates. Before TSSP, Mr. Burke oversaw the legal and compliance functions for a multibillion-dollar long/short equity hedge fund and was an associate attorney in the Securities Enforcement practice group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Burke began his career at the SEC, where he spent more than seven years in the Office of Compliance, Inspections and Examinations. While at the SEC, Mr. Burke was seconded to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York for 18 months to assist with various white-collar criminal investigations. Mr. Burke is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey.

Pete Fisher joined Vista Credit Partners in 2019 and is a member of the VCP Investment Committee. His primary focus is VCP’s non-sponsored and secondary-market investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Vista in 2019, Mr. Fisher served as Managing Director at PointState Capital LP, where he was responsible for sourcing, initiating and managing distressed or special situations investments in credit and equities with a focus in the technology, telecom and media sectors. Before his time with PointState Capital, Mr. Fisher worked at GSO Capital Partners, Blackstone’s global credit investment platform, where he focused on illiquid and private credit opportunities across multiple fund strategies. Prior to GSO Capital Partners, Mr. Fisher worked at Deutsche Bank in the Leverage Finance Group, and began his career at SPP Capital Partners.

Martin Taylor joined Vista Equity Partners in 2006. Mr. Taylor is Co-Head of the Foundation Funds and sits on its Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. Taylor serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform. Mr. Taylor currently sits on the boards of AlertMedia, ARCOS, Bonterra, Critical Start, Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS), Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), Nasuni, NAVEX, StarRez, TigerConnect, TRG Screen and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT) and has served on numerous other boards during his tenure.

Previously at Vista, Mr. Taylor was a Managing Director and drove a variety of cross-fund and cross-portfolio initiatives. He was the initial President of Vista Consulting Group, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the Firm’s value creation infrastructure, formalizing Vista’s portfolio engagement model and developing many of Vista’s best practices.

Prior to Vista, Mr. Taylor had most recently served as a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where he spent over 13 years and managed corporate strategy, sales, product marketing and various segment-focused teams in North America and Latin America during that time. Mr. Taylor also served as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Strategy, working directly for Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer, whom he assisted with strategic projects and long-term planning for the corporation.

Outside of Vista, Mr. Taylor is passionate about advancing access and creating opportunities for those who have traditionally been underrepresented across the business community. He sits on Milken Institute’s Executive Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Asset Management and The University of Texas President’s Austin Innovation Board that supports efforts to unlock student potential through experiential learning and strong college-to-career programming. In February 2022, Mr. Taylor made a gift donation to support UT’s Heman Sweatt Center for Black Males and help the organization expand its programs, events and scholarships.

Fareed Adib joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is currently President of OneVista. He is also a member of the private equity Flagship team. Additionally, Mr. Adib works closely with Vista’s Founder, Chairman and CEO, Robert F. Smith, and the Capital & Partner Solutions team on strategic limited partner engagements. He is also actively involved with the firm’s investments in CentralSquare, Jio, and mabl.

Before his current role at Vista, Mr. Adib led the Product & Technology team and acted as the firm’s first CTO, leading firm and portfolio-wide efforts around diligence, product management, product development, cybersecurity, cloud development and artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mr. Adib also served as the President of the Value Creation Team, where he helped architect the Value Creation organization.

Mr. Adib has more than 25 years of senior technology leadership experience and was named one of “The Smartest People in Tech” by Fortune in 2011. He has a distinguished track record of building diverse, global teams while managing billion-dollar businesses for some of the world’s most impactful and iconic brands, including Google, Softbank, Sprint, Sun and IBM.

Mr. Adib has served on the board of directors for several public and private technology companies. He also leads Vista’s partnership with Code.org, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to computer science in schools and increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups.

Rod Aliabadi joined Vista in 2008 and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee. Before joining the Endeavor team, Jessica led Vista Consulting Group’s GTM practice. Christine Pastore joined Vista Equity Partners in 2013. Ms. Pastore is responsible for overseeing large, strategic investor relationships in North America across the Vista platform.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Pastore spent over seven years as the Co-Head of Alternative Investments and Head of Private Equity for the New Jersey Division of Investment (NJDOI), a pension plan with over $90 billion in assets. While at NJDOI, she was responsible for directing the alternative investments program, valued at over $16 billion. In her last two years as the Co-Head of Alternatives, Ms. Pastore created one of the largest opportunistic strategic separate accounts within the public pension plan community. During her first five years, Ms. Pastore built New Jersey’s newly created private equity program, where she was responsible for devising the annual investment plan, sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiations and monitoring of the portfolio. Ms. Pastore served on more than 25 advisory boards while at NJDOI. Alexander Hughes joined Vista Credit Partners in 2018. Mr. Hughes is responsible for the origination and evaluation of both private and public investments across Vista’s credit platform.

While at Ares, Mr. Hughes underwrote and maintained credit facilities for corporate and sponsor-backed companies across a wide array of industries. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Shoates worked as a Director at Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI), where he built the firm’s portfolio in Northern Virginia. His primary focus was the delivery of enterprise information technology solutions for federal agencies of the U.S. government, with an emphasis on the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Before joining IAI, Mr. Shoates served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Acquisition and Project Management Specialist for information technology, satellite, communications and command and control systems before retiring in 2011 at the rank of colonel.

Mr. Shoates is a member of the Information Technology Advisory Committee for the Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). Composed of senior representatives of IT companies, this committee collaborates with NVCC to define curriculum and programs to develop an enduring pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet the needs of IT companies within the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Investor Robert F. Smith is Vista’s Founder, Chairman and CEO. He directs Vista’s investment strategy and decisions, governance and investor relations. Mr. Smith sits on the Investment Committees for Vista’s Flagship, Foundation, Endeavor and Perennial Funds and serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform. He is also the Chairman of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, and serves on the Investment Committee. Vista currently manages equity assets under management of over $100 billion and oversees a portfolio of over 90 enterprise software, data and technology-enabled companies that employ over 100,000 people worldwide.
