The HCM Support Analyst is responsible for the overall ownership, advancement, coordination and completion of assigned tasks and activities. These projects involve customer management with a combination of software and services.
The HCM Support Analyst is responsible for successfully completing tasks and activities while managing interactions between different internal departments, clients, and vendors to fulfill our contractual obligations. This role works independently and with minimal supervision. The work performed in this role will directly impact the productivity, effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction. The HCM Support Analyst has a strong working knowledge of processes, expectations and service level requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with peer mentoring and coaching.
- Assists with department projects or goals.
- Attention to detail, quality assurance driven, ability to follow process documentation.
- Consistently exercises effective communication and follow through.
- Ensures all tasks and are delivered on-time and accurately.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors.
- Executes daily activities with ease and within the outlined service level agreement.
- Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and completes tasks and activities effectively.
- Measures performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Participates in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practices.
- Performs basic and intermediate technical and service job functions with minimal supervision.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and has the ability to take on new tasks or challenges.
- Reports and escalates to management as needed.
- Understand and applies HIPPA, PHI and PII sensitivity and compliance.

Qualifications
Necessary Strengths, Skills, and Competencies
- 2-3 years of experience in related field or role
- Able to comfortably and effectively present to audiences of various sizes
- Able to work independently and in a team environment and take lead when necessary
- Competencies: skilled, prioritization, critical thinking, process management, leadership, time management
- Effectively manages time, daily activities and project timelines
- Flexible and agile professional with a goal to develop and refine
- Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Intermediate knowledge of HR tools timekeeping, onboarding, performance management
- Intermediate knowledge of UKG Pro payroll system
- Intermediate knowledge regarding general benefits, payroll, human resource compliance information
- Intermediate skills in MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint
- Practices strong communication skills with a customer service focus
- Thinks outside the box and willing to explore outside area of expertise
- Willingly collaborates and shares knowledge with others
- Works independently with a strong ability to learn new skills
