Job Summary

Senior Talent Programs Specialist will help us drive strategy and execution of various talent initiatives for our growing centre in India.

Reporting into the Sr Director, Talent in India, this role will help create and execute a compelling talent program framework looking into aspects of our talent lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally this role would also have a matrix reporting for all functional purposes. We are looking for a stellar candidate with strong strategy and execution, who is well versed with industry insights and practical knowledge and is highly adaptive. We are looking for someone who operates with a growth mindset, learning agility, velocity, accountability and with a strong values alignment.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 1- 3 days per week

 

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible to design and deliver against agreed Talent programs strategy for India, including ensuring our programs confirm with global programs
  • Drive robust and detailed project management plans for the implementation of identified talent initiatives in India, including the early career programs, GPTW, recruitment marketing and branding, to name a few.
  • Effectively managing the new hire integration plan working with various stakeholders. Facilitates and program manages the new hire experience
  • Managing and advising on the various employee engagement initiatives working with the the Talent Experience teams and the employee groups
  • Support in implementing core talent programs in India
  • Create, maintain, and enhance monthly and quarterly Talent dashboards, providing key insights into talent metrics and trends
  • Analyse data into succinct, actionable business insights using visualizations and effective storytelling techniques
  • Employ advanced data blending techniques to integrate multiple data sources, thus providing a comprehensive view of the entire talent lifecycle
  • Help strengthen our employer branding and the value proposition – thinking and implementing initiatives that would help us provide fulfilling employee experiences
  • Focus on high performing work environment and address any performance related interventions
  • Continuous focus on innovation and thrust on streamlining existing processes

Qualifications

  • Graduation / MBA from any business school with a human resource or business-related degree
  • 10 years of experience as a HR generalist in global organizations (preferably tech)
  • Expert proficiency in MS office tools. Working knowledge on Workday and related HRMS tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to influence stakeholders with compelling data analysis and storytelling.
  • Deep expertise in program management
  • Strong networks and connections within the peer companies
  • Thorough understanding of the talent landscape and practices
  • Experience solving complex problems, designing creative and innovative strategies, and delivering significant impact with specialist domain knowledge
  • Experience managing vendor related matters and change management
  • Be able to demonstrate confidence, influence, and credibility
  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong focus on optimising for technology and efficiency
