Job Summary
The Senior Director of Product Marketing owns the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for a portfolio of products within a solution category. They lead a small team of Product Marketers, ensuring consistent messaging, effective launches, and alignment with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, CX, Enablement). This role serves as the category-level leader, shaping the narrative, prioritizing investments, and driving measurable impact across pipeline, brand equity, and adoption.

- Develop and own the category-level narrative and positioning, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap storytelling and prioritize launch plans.
- Lead category-level GTM strategy and campaigns in partnership with brand, comms, and demand gen.
- Manage and mentor Product Marketers, setting priorities and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary partner to Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, and Value Engineering for category-level alignment.
- Track and report on category-level KPIs tied to pipeline growth, awareness, and adoption.

- 10+ years in product marketing or related GTM roles, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong strategic storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around GTM priorities.
