Job Summary
We are looking for a Consultant or Sr. Consultant (Implementation Consultant) responsible for implementing iCIMS Engage products as part of our EMEA based team. They support and facilitate conversations to define candidate engagement, manage implementation meetings, train users, facilitate change management within the customer organizations and provide technical implementation consulting and project management. He or she will develop and manage the tactical plan for implementation of iCIMS Engage products and deliver on configuration efforts. The Sr. Consultant will report to the Director, Services EMEA Manager, Professional Services EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Serving as an iCIMS Software expert handling implementations candidate engagement products to our largest customers. Providing and support project management efforts to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Deliver website build through iCIMS CMS tools and partnering with our engineering team for custom website development through JIRA tools.
- Resolves common HTML/CSS issues, identifies patterns or bugs to liaise with engineering teams for resolution.
- Delivery of iCIMS Engage products covering iCIMS Career Sites, CRM, Text Engagement, Digital Assistant and Video Studio.
- Supports customer during initial “live” period and transition to the Account Care and Support organisations
- Take significant responsibility for the overall success of the project and satisfaction of the customer
- Manage several implementations of various sizes and complexities simultaneously
- Consistently ensure business is always conducted with integrity and that behaviour aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ related experience in implementing cloud software e.g. Website CMS Tools, CRM Platforms, Chat Bot technology.
- Demonstrated interest in current technologies; Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Certinia, Smartsheets.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technologies and AI with demonstrated experience in teaching others using complex tools.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering SaaS multi-product solutions.
- Customer success orientation with ability to work with customers to research business processes, diagnose and resolve on-demand (web-based) software issues.
- Advanced understanding of and ability to explain system-to-system integrations.
- Proven success in leading high-performance teams, achieving results through others, and being a strong team player.
- Strategic analysis/creative problem solving, and business judgment are required
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize competing deliverables to meet deadlines, manage time and work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively scope, design, and manage multiple implementations of all types (Small Business, Industry and Enterprise).
