Responsibilities
A typical day with us might include:

Providing technical support and answering client inquiries

Analyzing and resolving technical issues

Verifying the quality of new implementations

Proposing improvements to reduce support tickets by identifying enhancements to our software

Updating systems with accurate information, such as client account setup and service configuration
Qualifications
This opportunity is for you if you have:

A completed high school diploma (or equivalent)

Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English, C1 or higher

An entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful personality

The ability to learn new technologies independently

Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic knowledge of SQL, or a programming/scripting language
