Job Summary

The Creative Production Partner sits within our in-house digital and creative agency, the iCIMS Studio, on the Creative Strategy & Production team. They are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders on their requests and ensuring that all work executed is set up both strategically as well as operationally.

 

Creative Production Partners work closely with content creators, designers, and developers as well as outside department members to lead the creation of creative assets and experiences. Creative Production Partners are responsible for not only acting as the liaison between teams, but also QA-ing final products to ensure brand guidelines are met and assets function properly. 

Responsibilities

  • Scope out projects, develop RACIs with stakeholders, relay tech specs needed and coordinate between internal and external teams
  • Resource management of all creative projects leveraging iCIMS’ creative production software, Wrike, including identifying key players as well as relaying all pertinent project information to them
  • Partner with outside agencies, consultancies and/or vendors as well as manage asset hand-off and billing needs when applicable
  • Create project plans and schedules for creative and digital assignments as well as chases work as needed to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
  • Report on project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and supplying solutions/action plans for how to resolve them
  • Translate technical terminology into laymen’s terms for non-digital team members as well as facilitates partnership between teams working on assignments
  • Expertly manage multiple projects and timelines at once across teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of agency side and/or marketing experience rooted in creative and digital production work
  • A background in account, project, or brand management
  • Previous work experience on or with creative agencies and/or in-house creative teams
  • Technical acumen and willingness to embrace new technologies
  • Experience partnering and managing agencies and outside vendors including billing needs
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record managing multiple projects at once
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
