Khoros is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project management support to assigned executive leaders including, but not limited to, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer. The right candidate will possess the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. 


  • Manages calendars including setting up meetings, managing conflicts, and communicating and resolving calendaring issues
  • Tracks key events for executives’ teams, including deadlines and captures outcomes and next steps to facilitate follow-up
  • Coordinates internal and external meetings (both remote and in-person), including compiling and preparing agenda and materials, setting up teleconferencing equipment, distributing materials prior to meetings, ordering food and greeting guests
  • Manage and organize quarterly board meetings
  • Book and manage all travel for the CEO, and others, as needed
  • Manage and processes T&E for executive team 
  • Assist teams with purchase orders and manage payments


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of professional administrative assistant experience supporting executive team members, including delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Google and MS Office Suite (Calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using various collaboration tools (e.g. Slack and Zoom)
  • Proven ability to handle complex projects that required cross team coordination and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to build relationships and work with team members at all levels
  • Ability to handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures while remaining positive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal 
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on business need
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet with sensitive information 
  • Ability to deal with high pressure situations including tight timelines
  • Will be expected to go to the local office, as needed
  • Preference to candidates located in greater Portland, Oregon 



The base salary range for this role is $108,000 - $120,000 with a 10% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
