PlanSource is seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Marketing Manager to own and execute our paid media strategy across all digital channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), display ads, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), and other digital advertising platforms.
This role will develop, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns to drive high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and align with our overall marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with business objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, revenue growth).
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and channel mix to maximize performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to ensure best-in-class execution.
Execution & Optimization
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, and optimization across paid media channels.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) to track performance and report on KPIs.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution).
- Work closely with the marketing ops team to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with campaigns, content, and creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
- Align with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up processes are optimized.
- Manage relationships with external media vendors and agencies.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (search, display, social) in a B2B or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of scaling paid programs while maintaining efficiency (CPL, ROAS).
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms (6sense, DV360, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills—proficient in Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and marketing automation (Pardot or similar).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth tactics to complement paid efforts.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
