Our Chief of Staff team oversees the cross-functional coordination of critical, highly visible strategic projects. With a focus on people, process, and systems, the Chief of Staff group helps direct key company priorities in coordination with the Executive Leadership Team.

Description

This part-time, 8-week, remote internship is designed as a professional learning experience. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer, gaining firsthand insights into how high-level business strategies are developed and executed. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals to sharpen their analytical skills, build a strong strategic mindset, and develop a solid understanding of the education and technology landscape in the U.S.

 

You will be assigned to a strategic project focused on identifying new opportunities in the U.S. education sector. Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Conducting in-depth research on the U.S. education market—exploring trends, budget priorities, funding mechanisms, and decision-making drivers.
  • Analyzing data to validate strategic opportunities and informing high-impact business decisions.
  • Performing a full market scan, including competitive positioning and industry ecosystem mapping.
  • Creating a polished business pitch and executive presentation to be delivered to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Presenting a final business case and drafting a business plan at the conclusion of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant field of study in an undergraduate or graduate level program (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to use public and industry data to assess and validate business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to support strategic projects and estimate level of effort.
  • Experience conducting competitive analyses and mapping market ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to develop clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for making a difference in education.
