Job Summary

We’re looking for an exceptional relationship-builder and first-class problem-solver to join our Partner Ecosystem team as an Associate Partner Integration Consultant, where you’ll serve as the initial point of contact for third-party companies and software vendors looking to partner with us and integrate their technology with ours. In this role, you’ll work with our business constituents to help them understand our products and integration process and help them develop and certify integrations with the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. You’ll gather integration requirements, while fielding technical inquiries and advising our partners on best practices along the way. Responsibilities
- Provision and configure sandbox sites to support partner integration development and certification activities.
- Support and certify partner integration builds to ensure they meet quality and functionality requirements defined by iCIMS.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete responses to technical questions during the certification process to support partner integration development and optimal integration design.
- Advise and consult partners on using iCIMS APIs and available technology to support optimal integration design and timely certification.
- Update relevant Salesforce records related to the partner communications and integration certification status with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with internal partners to drive technical escalations and JIRA tickets related to sandboxes or iCIMS integration technology to completion.
- Provision iCIMS Developer Community access for partner developer contacts to ensure smooth operation of the partner integration certification process.
- Understand the fundamentals, processes and terminology of corporate recruiting environments
- Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS values.Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical and customer or partner-facing role
- Intermediate experience with the use and application of the JSON RESTful APIs and the most current integration technologies and products used in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with proven time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations and manage expectations early and often.
- Basic business acumen and ability to solve problems.
- Demonstrated interest in current integration technologies.
- Accountability to technical issues and customer experience/resolution.
- Ability to effectively manage meetings with internal and external partners.
- Understands the fundamentals, processes and terminology of corporate recruiting environments, as well as a strong understanding of ASP/SaaS systems and the benefits such systems introduce to new iCIMS
- Working knowledge of and ability to explain system-to-system integrations.
- Effectively communicates and works with a variety of technical and business stakeholders. Uses available communication channels to send, receive, and interpret complex messages. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
