Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is an experienced, energetic individual who manages B2B marketing programs that support the EagleView sales teams across our Insurance, Energy Infrastructure, and Solar business units. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic, creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial, ‘can-do’ attitude willing to jump in and get involved with a very exciting, fast-paced, innovative technology company. The Marketing Manager can see the big picture, communicate ideas well, and connect business needs to solutions. As an instrumental team member, he or she will work closely with the business unit product managers/analysts, sales team, and marketing director to implement programs that increase awareness, drive leads, and generate measurable revenue.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to support business units and overall company revenue goals
  • Liaise between sales, marketing operations, and product to establish business goals and messaging, and execute programs
  • Identify and quickly respond to market opportunities
  • Create strategic go- to-market plans that provide a unique and consistent reach to target audiences through thought leadership efforts
  • Craft various messaging and value propositions between solutions and unique buyer personas
  • Create, track, and deliver content and advertising through media plans and calendars
  • Manage and identify PR and editorial opportunities
  • Edit press releases, case studies, eReports, and articles
  • Produce collateral materials including presentations, data sheets, proposals, and sample finished reports
  • Report end-to-end on all campaigns to both sales and executive stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry trends
  • Create content for use in lead engagement and marketing automation
  • Understand, identify, and leverage social media opportunities
  • Manage budget, expense reports, and invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Direct experience in design and execution and tracking of comprehensive and integrated marketing and sales programs
  • Experience in marketing automation with proven results
  • Familiarity and experience with social media applications
  • Marketing experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, Energy Infrastructure, and Solar a plus
  • Experience with SiriusDecisions campaign and demand frameworks and models and plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
