Position Summary:

As a Operations Analyst on our Sales Operations team, you will use your skills in analysis and communication to implement process improvement and collaborate on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Legal, Finance, Client Support, Account Managers, and Account Executive teams to ensure that we are executing our operational tasks with excellence and exceeding our clients’ expectations.


In This Role You Will Often:

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing
  • Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Design details of automated systems and consult with users if needed
  • Collaborate with or lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
  • Review, update, document and implement processes
  • Review system issues and help drive improvements in processes and systems
  • Perform ongoing and advanced system/process training
  • Act as a super user in salesforce.com
  • Perform special projects as required 
Skills & Requirements

This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2-3 years’ analysis or operations experience
  • Ability to analyze system and process problems in order to understand the root cause and how to effectively address it
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to be client-facing as needed
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills, especially knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM, salesforce.com required
  • UAT experience is a plus
