The Manager, Learning and Development facilitates delivery of world-class people development services by inspiring, motivating, and supporting a Learning and Development (Enablement) team.  The successful candidate will be part visionary (to design, develop, and oversee the programs that result in the overall growth and development of Jamf talent) and part front-line deployment leader (to roll out and continually improve the programs).  The Manager, Training and Development is a key contributor to the Human Resources Leadership Team at Jamf.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the leader of Jamf’s Learning and Development (Enablement) team - leading and engaging a team of professionals responsible for delivery of training
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; enabling the team to improve training processes and programs
  • Align, define, communicate and implement Jamf’s Learning and Development vision, ensuring the tactical and logistical execution of that vision by leveraging the Learning and Development (Enablement) team, key stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for global programs including organizational onboarding, leadership development, internship programs, employee engagement survey, and Inclusion & Diversity programs
  • Consult and collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to conduct needs assessments to determine training needs and/or performance gapsEvaluate external vendors or develop and/or approves program content, methods, and materials for training
  • Oversee the configuration, design, content, and administration of Jamf’s learning management system
  • Establish, track and analyze training and development metrics to measure and continuously improve performance
  • Build and manage resource plans and budgets to enable the achievement of training and development goals

Skills & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training
  • Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs
  • Confident leader with ability to collaborate, build rapport, confidence and trust among employees
  • Strong project management/organizational skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Management and Development or Human Resources Management; or related field (preferred)
