Learning and Development Program Manager

The Learning and Development Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to design, develop and facilitate development programs and learning experiences for Jamf’s global employee population. This work includes organizational onboarding, leadership development, internship, inclusion and diversity and employee engagement programs.  


  • Apply knowledge of adult learning to develop and deliver experiential, high-impact training and learning solutions
  • Manage the learning environment to ensure active participation, successful learning transfer, and participant action planning that carries training back to the job
  • Consult and collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to conduct needs assessments to determine training needs and/or performance gaps
  • Assist with the development, assessment, and implementation of course content, as the need is identified
  • Review and recommend training materials from a variety of vendors that align with our organizational needs
  • Manage and coordinate training programs: Provide project management for programs such as our engagement survey, internship programs and inclusion and diversity efforts
  • Serve as administrator of Jamf’s learning management system (LMS) – Litmos
  • Perform administrative and logistical tasks in support of the programs, such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment and coordinating enrollment
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they align with strategic need, are applicable to the work and an efficient use of time

Skills & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training (required)
  • Background in training and organizational development including knowledge of adult learning principles (required)
  • Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs (required)
  • Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes (required)
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization
  • Experience with Learning Management System platforms (Litmos) (preferred)
  • Experience using content design software (Captivate or Articulate) (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Learning  and Development or Human Resources Management; or related field (preferred)

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI

Travel: 10% (Some international travel may be required)
