New Business Sales Executive

You will be based in the Mailbox – our stunning Regional HQ in Birmingham City Centre, which provides the best opportunity for a vibrant social life with colleagues and outside of work.

What you will be doing

You will have experience within a sales role and will join our Sales Development programme as either an Account Executive or a New Business Sales Executive.

Account Executive

  • Working with our small to medium enterprise accounts
  • Account Associates close sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Make outbound sales calls to a number of existing accounts
  • Identify new software sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Are involved in e-learning, 1-2-1s, classroom training and sales development programmes to accelerate career development

Business Development Associate

  • Business Development Associates identify potential sales opportunities through active lead generation
  • Make outbound sales calls to a number of prospective customers
  • Identify new opportunities for the Field Sales team and provide support throughout the sales process
  • Are involved in e-learning, 1-2-1s, classroom training and sales development programmes to accelerate career development

  • Strong communication skills, and a natural comfort in engaging with people over the telephone
  • An accomplished relationship builder with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
  • An innate desire to win and hit targets
