This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and drafting software license, maintenance, distribution and service agreements, teaming and partner agreements, conducting complex contracts negotiations, and otherwise supporting a broad range of transactional matters.
Skills & Requirements

The job holder will be expected to perform the following: -

  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Revenue departments to help define and construct contract agreements and revenue models
  • Counsel Business Units and other organizations on contract negotiation objectives and strategy, general IP strategies and issues and/or dispute resolution with third parties
  • Act as a trusted advisor on legal issues to all levels of BU personnel, up to and including senior executives
  • Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, as needed
