Sales Enablement Support Specialist

Kibo is looking for a high-energy Sales Support Specialist in our Dallas headquarters to impact and help drive the growth of the business. This person will report to the Sales Enablement Manager and partner closely with Account Executives and Business Development teams to assist with creation of presentations, training, prospecting support, data mining, and other areas to support the sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who’s an organized worker with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and desire for growth and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development and delivery of internal training material to customer-facing employees across the company for the purpose of enabling sales reps to excel in targeted areas
  • Creation of customer-facing collateral used throughout the sales process in the form of power point decks, brochures, and mockups of prospect sites to promote Kibo’s value propositions
  • Support of and collaboration with multiple functions within Kibo to capture customer metrics and success stories and enable sales team’s usage of material
  • Support with sales prospecting by helping uncover new prospects and strategic areas of opportunity
  • Assistance in developing targeted sales messaging, email campaigns, and a repository of topics/angles that are effective and scalable
  • Assistance with training and maintaining various sales technologies that enable content and intelligence for sales reps
Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources with a focus on training, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; particularly Strong PowerPoint Skills
  • Understanding of basic sales principles
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills
  • A self-starter that is able to deliver amazing results
  • Strong desire to learn new things (constantly curious)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, LinkedIN, and other sales technologies a plus
  • Knowledge of retail, supply chain or eCommerce a plus
