Summary:

The Sales Enablement Manager will partner with Revenue Organization Leadership and the Learning & Development Team to prioritize, design and deliver enablement programs and content to drive quota attainment, achievement of corporate targets and execution of Revenue Organization strategy.  The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for the delivery a wide range of enablement activities including New Hire onboarding and continuing skill and knowledge development within the Revenue Organization.  This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Revenue Organization Leaders, Revenue Team members and cross-functional partners to assess and prioritize enablement needs within the Revenue Organization
  • Manage the creation and delivery of new enablement programs
  • Design and deliver enablement content in various forms including instructor-led, webinars, self-paced, eLearning and written instructional documents
  • Evaluate, document and report on the learning and skills of Revenue Team members
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and implement changes to drive stronger results
  • Ensure that enablement content and materials are current, organized and easily accessible to Revenue Team members and partners
  • Draft and send Revenue Organization communications to build knowledge and alignment
Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales, sales process and sales methodology
  • Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with multiple levels of leadership, subject matter experts, front-line employees and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and work with autonomy as well as collaboratively while driving projects to successful implementation
  • Knowledge of instructional design, evaluation and adult learning principles
  • Strong facilitation and classroom management skills
  • High degree of organization and detail-orientation
  • Strong sense of teamwork, positive attitude and results-orientation
  • Strong computer competence and familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of sales tools and systems such as Salesforce.com highly desirable
  • 3-5 years proven success in a sales-focused corporate learning role highly desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
