Position Summary: 

The main purpose of this position is to assist in the build and delivery of Human Capital management and Learning management system. The focus of this position will be on cleansing data and testing scenarios plus reformat them as required. This provides an excellent opportunity to have hands on experience on the world class HCM tool (Workday) & Salesforce. Strong analytical and excel skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Project Management team to support enterprise wide Workday Implementation
  • Partner with in-house IT team to perform data conversion and support integration efforts
  • Ensure data integrity, and accuracy during data conversion phase
  • Work in close collaboration with the US team to help deliver the data conversion and migration on time.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Excel + Office other applications
  • Ability to communicate the results of documentation
  • Able to build good working relationships with others
  • Ensure data integrity, and accuracy during data conversion phase
  • Ability to organize and create logical presentations
  • Self-disciplined to establish work schedule to meet deadlines
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
