Systems Administrator - Team Lead


Numerator | Information Technology

Lead the Internal IT team in India.  Administer and maintain all Numerator Information systems and related equipment and services, including and without limitation to the following: workstations, servers, phones, operational software, information backup, corporate and sales software, security hardware and software, telecom services, scanners, and AC units. Provide support to internal users. Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.


  •  Tier 2 Support

  • Technology services and vendors 
  • Knowledge Transfer and Continuous Improvement

  • After hours and Weekend Support Calls
Skills & Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 3 years in a leadership role
  • 5 – 10 years IT experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to manage Active Directory/DNS/Wins/DHCP 
  • Ease in setting up and managing Workstation/Laptop/Servers 
  • Ability to work well on a team as well as independently 
  • Managing and monitoring Help Desk tickets
  • Maintaining and monitoring firewalls 
  • Hardware firmware and Driver checks 
  • Maintaining image libraries 
  • Anti-Virus updates, patches, license monitoring 
  • Monitor performance, events, disk space, and services 
  • OS Reloads, RAID Checks, memory checks, server room maintenance
  • Microsoft and Other Provider Patches/Updates

Optional Skills:

  • Microsoft Certification a plus
  • MacOS experience

Working Relationships:

  • Reports to IT Manager 
  • Works with other members of IT and Infrastructure
