Service Automation Engineer (Salesforce Administrator)

TIBCO Information Technology (IT) team  is looking for a Service Automation Engineer (Salesforce Administrator) to join our growing Service Management and Automation team. As a  Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvements to our CRM platform. You will be working in a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative environment using agile methodologies providing round the clock support.
Skills & Requirements

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with large user base.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
  • Manage users, roles and hierarchies, groups, and security settings
  • Deploy validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
  • Perform bulk imports and exports of data
  • Manage and maintain third party apps
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
  • Perform sandbox refreshes including configuration changes
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Perform other on-prem application deployments as required
