The Software Configuration Specialist will work with the delivery services team to help configure and implement Trintech’s suite of software applications. Our key objective is to provide quality service and ensure a successful project implementation so that our customers will recognize the value of Trintech’s products. Responsibilities will include:

·       Configuration and participation in the testing phases of the implementation process

·       Working closely with internal and client teams to validate data and configuration of the solution

·       Assistance with software solution troubleshooting

·       Clear and concise communication with customers and internal resources

Skills & Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting/finance principles and practices
  • Project management a plus
  • Ability to interact with senior members of customer’s accounting and finance teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to present clear business and technical analysis to customers
  • Software implementation experience a plus
  • Configuration/implementation of accounting solutions a plus
  • Strong interest in data scrub activities and data mining
  • Assist with system upgrades
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and meet your deadline
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily excel
