Channel & Business Director - APAC Region

As the RDC Channel & Business Director, you will play a critical role in driving our success through the growth of our indirect sales channel in the APAC region.  We have an immediate opening for a leader who has a track record of cultivating existing partner relationships and drive meaningful sales and revenue growth in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for strategic channel partners in the APAC region
  • Cultivate, maintain and strengthen relationships with each channel partner
  • Design go-to-market strategies and plans to drive sales and revenue for partners
  • Provide sales, commercial, and operational support for channel partner sales opportunities
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new strategic partnerships
  • Onboard new channel partners
  • Represent RDC at required workshops, sales meetings and trade show conferences
  • Partner with marketing on various campaigns and targeted partner and customer events
  • Directly manage strategic sales opportunities as assigned by manager
  • Manage and track sales activity in a CRM

Skills & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience managing channel partners a plus
  • Experience in the AML / KYC industry a plus
  • Undergraduate degree BS/BA degree
  • Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) to facilitate pipelining and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and online meeting software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Must have a valid Passport for travel
