Digital Marketing Manager:

We are looking for an ambitious digital marketing manager to maintain and enhance the development and effectiveness of our website and digital channels globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will help develop our digital strategies ensuring that our website supports our objectives and the needs of our customers, prospects and wider stakeholders.
  • Working with product marketing and campaign marketing you will take ownership to ensure the content is relevant, fresh and interesting. You will work with the wider team to develop digital campaigns to help customers at every stage of their lifecycle
  • Relentlessly measuring effectiveness, you will track conversion rates and making improvements accordingly. You will have experience of using paid search, SEO and PPC to achieve results and will be proactive in learning and applying new tools and techniques so that Allocate is always in the best position and achieving the maximum results from our digital platforms.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for the redesign of certain websites in the group, as well as the ongoing evolution. Ensuing that the entire digital estate is effective and that the brand and our values are consistently represented and at the fore of our customers digital experience.
  • You will oversee the social media strategy for the company, supported by a social media manager and campaign managers.
  • You will include customer voice in the digital presence and be the digital eyes and ears of competitor activity; guiding the wider marketing team and ensuring effective digital response.
  • The digital marketing manager will be supported by internal web development team.

 

Requirements:

  • Wordpress required
  • Hootsuite and Marketo experience preferred
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • 3 years + experience in a similar digital marketing role.
