HR Operations Specialist

Summary

The HR Operations Specialist will primarily be responsible for providing amazing customer support to our employees and will also assist in administrative support to the Human Resources team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee information, new hires, and terminations
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Document Management
  • Updating forms, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Processing tuition reimbursement
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assistance with worker's compensation claims
Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field OR Associates Degree plus applicable certifications/experience
  • 1-3 years working in corporate human resources
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • ADP WFN experience is a plus
