What you’ll do at Jamf:

You will work with our customers across the EMEIA region as a trusted advisor to ensure success with Apple and Jamf by understanding their critical goals, challenges, key performance indicators and helping them succeed. Being part of Jamf also means you will collaborate cross-departmentally and act as the voice of the customer within Jamf to put their need at the forefront. You will also promote the value of Jamf products and services to our customers by identifying and facilitating opportunities for customer growth, engagement and renewals. As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer engagement, adoption and retention through an understanding of Jamf products, customer environments, and common technical workflows.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Professional working proficiency in English/German or English/Spanish  (required)
    • 1+ years’ experience in a customer focused role and exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with dynamic co-workers in a result driven culture
    • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated team player
    • Ability to engage and build trust with all levels of customers and employees
