Partner Marketing Manager

This role is responsible to drive various partner enablement programs, support partner acquisition, and launch new partner and referral programs.  This position requires the use operational excellence, creativity and analytics to drive results while engaging both strategic and tactical methods to create and execute partner campaigns. This role will provide analysis of business impact of partner marketing programs. The Partner Marketing position also ensures our partners are providing value to the organization. The Partner Marketing Manager demonstrates a high level of creativity to initiate and launch effective partnerships and programs, while managing within a fast-paced environment, with aggressive timelines.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field required
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • 2+ years of marketing partnership or account management experience
  • Proven experience within software/technology environment aligning partnerships with company marketing objectives
  • Persuasive communicator; comfortable contacting and facilitating business relationships with C-level executives
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, & creative problem.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in the health, wellness, and/or beauty industries preferred
  • Proven track record of establishing repeatable processes for Marketing that are partner agnostic
  • Ability to effectively coach partners on positioning and messaging to MINDBODY customers
  • Skilled in Salesforce and Tableau

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of partner campaigns that drive awareness, revenue acquisition, engagement, and retention

    ·       Develop Partner Marketing campaigns which include lead referral programs, partner advertising, content creation, partner enablement, events, partner webinars, digital programs and other marketing channels

  • Champion partners as a channel within Marketing; advocate and educate on cohesive partner placements as extension of brand and sales enablement
  • Partner with Business Development to identify, pitch, and implement strategic growth opportunities with Partners that help grow revenue and retention

    ·       Deliver and report on monthly, quarterly and annual program revenue targets

    ·       Balance partner marketing needs with internal cross-functional stakeholder needs by collaborating across groups

    ·       Build rapport, set goals, and manage the business relationship with senior executives and contacts across the partner portfolio

    ·       Implement new processes, tools and approaches to streamline and expand the scale and scope of the program
