Enterprise Product Specialist - Security

The Enterprise Product Specialist works within the Customer Experience organization to support the successful implementation and use of Jamf security solutions in customer environments. They work closely with new and existing customers, product, and support teams to ensure that customers are successful in using relevant Jamf products, and that appropriate feedback continually flows between customers and internal teams as necessary. They serve as an escalation point for the Customer Experience team, providing support and enablement as necessary. They may also provide implementation and onboarding services as necessary to ensure success for every customer.



  • Serve as subject matter expert for Jamf Customer Experience team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical escalations around Jamf security solutions
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of internal technical enablement resources
  • Facilitate best practice recommendations through Jamf Customer Success teams
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the organization regarding information security in order to grow knowledge base
  • Provide consistent feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement
  • Document feature requests and product issues as necessary
  • Contribute to and deliver occasional remote and onsite services for customers
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

Skills & Requirements

  • Professional experience with Jamf and/or Apple technologies in an Enterprise environment (required)
  • Experience deploying or supporting Enterprise technologies, including information security or endpoint security products and related solutions
  • Ability to develop knowledge around endpoint security and organizational security threats
  • Familiarity with Enterprise security requirements and best practices
  • Ability to create and deliver technical enablement content
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience supporting or deploying technology to Enterprise customers preferred


Location: Eau Claire WI or Minneapolis MN
Travel: Up to 10-20%
