Associate Corporate Trainer

The Corporate Trainer assists with the development and management of corporate learning initiatives. A major objective of this role is to manage and lead the assessment, design and delivery of training programs across the organization. This position is responsible for cross company training and new hire orientations. This position is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our most important asset … our talent! We are seeking a passionate, engaging and talented trainer who has experience with a variety of training styles and is driven to help organizations succeed.

Duties and responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Managing the design, delivery, assessment and improvement of new hire training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization
• Monitor new hires progress throughout the New Employee Welcome (N.E.W.) program and report to Human Resources and Hiring Manager as needed
• Research material and prepare educational material such as presentations, module summaries, on-demand training videos, etc..
• Facilitating learning specific to our technology, clients and industry
• Sourcing and scheduling internal and external SMEs and vendors for specialized training
• Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
• Creating effective training opportunities that adequately accommodate both on-site and remote attendees, across various geographic regions/time zones
• Ensuring that all training and development initiatives are relevant and timely in support of the company’s current/ongoing needs
• Provide continuous improvement of learning opportunities to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the company's efforts
• Maintain training content on Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and internal training sites as needed
