Customer Success Representative


AGDATA | Support | Charlotte, NC

AGDATA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Representative.

Role Impact:

The Customer Success Representative (CSR) will play a critical role in supporting activities of the Fulfillment and Inventory Collection programs. As a member of AGDATA’s Customer Success organization, the CSR will review point-of-sale transactions received from retailers and apply documented Business Rules to accurately format, identify, problem-solve if necessary, and assign to the correct grower entities. This position will assist in the maintenance of the Grower database by reviewing data integrity reports and interfacing with multiple systems to ensure data consistency across all systems. You will also:

  • Work with Team Lead in the execution of customer payments
  • Communicate with Field Sales Team and Customers and adequately answer questions, provide assistance, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Build reports and provide data analysis to Field Sales Team and Customers
  • Maintain ownership of issues until resolution, and drive other teams as needed
  • Make outbound calls as defined by Team Lead and document outcome of all calls in the Inquiry Tool in accordance to the predefined Inquiry Tools standards
  • Work directly with Customers to identify data gaps and process exceptions in accordance with predefined processes
  • Assist in processing seed licensing agreements by opening mail, email, and faxes, scanning documents into system, and reaching out to growers to correct agreements as needed
Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing customer service both via phone and in person
  • 6 months Data Entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate ability with Excel
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and overall customer experience
  • Able to think creatively and analytically in order to solve customer issues
  • Concise and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, especially via phone and email
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
  • Basic database relationships and terminology preferred
