This position is responsible for entire Facilities and administration management at our Gurgaon unit including but not limited to transport, attendance management, facilities, statutory compliances and inspections, vendor management, procurement


Reporting: This position reports to Country Head, India office



·       Establish, develop and implement Office administration strategies, Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members

·       Facility forecasting, budgeting, planning, project management Facility maintenance and operations management including space and seat management

·       Drive all general administration, employee health and safety; environmental concerns

·       Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

·       Employee transport and building parking management

·       Cafeteria catering management, Vendor and supplier management, corporate tie-ups and deals

·       Office build out planning and execution

·       US visitor and corporate guest house management

·       Prepare and ensure timely delivery of fixed and ad-hoc reports and supervise maintenance of filing system for all documents and activities, ensuring their security



·       Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task, and prioritize a wide array of initiatives in a fast paced environment

·       Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external)

·       Contribute to optimizations of cost & resources.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance; MBA preferred

·       15-18+ years of employment experience with a large, globally distributed organization, preferably a technology company

·       9+ years of managerial experience in Facilities, transport and general administration

·       Excellent Proficiency in MS Office

·       Brings in  admin best practices from the industry

·       Strong belief in a team approach; ability to earn the trust and respect of peers and senior executives
