  • Salary: circa £17,000

The Professional Services team provide optimal value to the business by ensuring accuracy and diligence in all tasks undertaken, taking pride in the successful completion of work and ensuring the customers’ needs are at the forefront at all times.

 

What you will be doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team within the Professional Services function for an initial 12 month fixed contract.
 
You’ll:
Ensure internal systems are updated accurately and regularly with project information
Engage regularly with customer Project Managers and GP Practices to ensure projects are on track and do not fall out of scope
Manage deployments from sales handover to end of roll out, and handover to the business as usual team
Coordinate delivery dates of project activities
Engage with customers to arrange planned work for the Training and Engineering Team
Produce reports
Support project management with admin tasks
Ensure that the diary is booked, utilising available staff to maximum capacity

What you will be good at

Strong analytical skills, and enjoys working with spreadsheets
Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail 
The ability to communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders across the business

 

What we would like to have
Excellent written/oral skills, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
Previous project co-ordination experience is desirable, but not necessary
