Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for creating and implementing an effective recruitment process, attracting candidates to Jamf for consideration by hiring managers.

This role will guide hiring managers through the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned functions within Jamf, with sensitivity towards diversity and broader company goals, and build strong internal and external relationships to effectively communicate Jamf’s employer brand and value proposition. The Technical Recruiter is also responsible for building and cultivating strategic relationships in EMEIA with professional and community organizations.


  • Manages the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical positions based in EMEIA for Jamf, with sensitivity to diversity and broader global company goals
  • Works to build a strong pipeline, globally, and source candidates for key positions to quickly meet the needs of the business
  • Contributes ideas toward the continued improvement of recruiting process including creative and cost effective sourcing strategies, interview procedures, candidate assessment tools, and employee referral processes
  • Facilitates the scheduling and arrangements of interviews ensuring a delightful candidate experience
  • Manages internal applicant tracking system to track applicant pool, candidate status and tracks metrics to ensure an effective and efficient hiring practices
  • Manages EMEIA career pages, job postings, and messaging websites, to drive pipeline and attract talent
  • Establishes relationships with key resources to promote Talent Brand through such means as attending community events, job fairs, career fairs, giving presentations to student groups, and organizing events
  • Leverages social media and effectively promotes Jamf as an employer of choice by highlighting our value propositions (values, perks, benefits, etc)
  • Organizes and attends local meetup groups to network on behalf of Jamf in Katowice Poland, and acts as a brand ambassador for Jamf
  • Supports Recruiting and Human Resources team in AMER as needed to provide a cohesive and consistent experience to Jamf employees
  • Other projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-3 years technical recruitment experience in either a corporate role or a recruitment agency in IT sector (required)
  • Experience in managing full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to managing interviews, capturing feedback and keeping passive candidates ‘warm’
  • Experience in utilizing EMEIA career sites and job boards
  • Proven track record of sourcing candidates
  • Be a very open and easy-going person with an ability to establish good personal relationships
  • Business proficiency in Polish and English (required)
  • Talent branding experience (preferred)
  • University degree (preferred)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Works effectively on a global team
