Field Training Associate

EagleView® OnSite Solutions™ delivers a fully-integrated, comprehensive solution to the insurance industry by providing high-resolution imagery from multiple camera sources, property data and reports, and analytics.

The OnSite Field Training Associate will work with a team of experienced vendor managers in optimizing the performance of the field resources providing services to the EagleView OnSite Program. The FTA will work to ensure all current and new resources complete required onboarding and recurring training requirements.  This will ensure the end goal of delivering high quality services and deliverables to our customers is met, through meeting or exceeding specific performance targets.

This role will provide initial, recurring, and remedial training to individuals and groups performing inspection services of residential properties using drones or ladders.  Training methods include in-person and virtual orientation sessions, practice simulations, ride-a-longs, and review & discussion of image packages.  Together these methods prepare individuals to perform work on their own successfully in the field.  This role will also contribute to developing and improving quality review and resource development practices and tools to improve performance of these tasks.


  •  Thoroughly understand all OnSite program requirements, including those established by carriers
  •  Proactively track, measure, evaluate, and report field resource performance across various KPIs
  • Ensure all resources complete required onboarding and recurring training requirements
  • Provide initial, recurring, and remedial training to individuals and groups
  •  Review and assess image packages for satisfaction of requirements and quality
  • Develop and improve quality review practices and associated remedial training actions
  •  Troubleshoot field resource performance opportunities and present to management as required
  •  Collaborate with OnSite team members and all EagleView departments as needed to ensure success
  •  Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field - business, finance, statistics, economics or purchasing preferred
  • Must be adept at communicating and collaborating at many different levels
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills
  • Must have demonstrated training experience
  • Previous insurance adjusting experience preferred
  • Significant travel required (50-75%)
  • Must be a self-starter capable of meeting objectives and goals independently
  • Must be a collaborative, team player capable of achieving results working with all other EagleView departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
