This position will report to the VP of People Operations.  As the Global Mobility Manager, you will lead and manage the Global Mobility team for TIBCO. The Global Mobility team provides relocation support to the People Operations function, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders, to enable the movement of talent within the US and globally. In addition, Global Mobility supports employees and their families by providing full end-to-end services.
Skills & Requirements

  • Lead the mobility team in developing, maintaining, governing and delivering global mobility programs, processes and policies with a focus on an outstanding customer experience
  • Provide leadership and direction on complex issues, policy exceptions and critical issues
  • Manage the individuals delivering Global Mobility services and provide mentorship and feedback to assist in their development
  • Define and maintain the strategic goals that support TIBCO's objectives as it relates to Global Mobility, while also ensuring compliance with legal, tax and local employment
  • Integrate customer insight and internal partner feedback while actively addressing external market trends and forces
  • Foster excellent working relationships with existing and future vendors/partners (tax equalization, lodging, moving, etc.)
  • Build and maintain tight-knit collaboration with key internal partners (both inside and outside of HR) – payroll, finance, immigration, business partners, and HR operations
  • Leverage your internal relationshipsto maintain an accurate forecast of company global mobility needs and requirements
  • Maintain a strong pulse on current market trends to ensure TIBCO's program is ambitious, compliant, cost-effective and infuses standard methodologies into service offerings and technologies.Participate (hands on) in providing services as required
